Paul Botting is Director of Barracuda Interim. Previously Paul jointly developed Odgers Interim to become one of the largest interim businesses in the market place operating in the UK and internationally. He also ran and grew the retail and consumer search practice and became MD on the Odgers Berndtson operating board. Paul has operated as an interim in the retail arena himself. Prior to this he was at Marks and Spencer for 24 years.
Paul has been recruiting in the Interim arena for over eleven years and has been involved in the Interim Management Association for all of that period and was Chair 08/09/10.
